The rooms available to our guests are verified, functional and in excellent condition.
Our guests are invited to report immediately to the hotel reception any breach.
Article 1 : Booking
Bookings are made via our Website www.trajan-hotel.com, by phone or directly at the Hotel.
For bookings made via our website or by telephone, the customer is informed of all the information concerning the conditions and the payment guarantee..
Article 2 : Modification or cancellation of reservation and commitment
The delay of modification or cancellation without expenses is 2 days (48H) before the date of arrival. In case of modification or cancellation less than 2 days,
1 night will be charged. In case of no-show of the client at the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
To modify or cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to use our Website under the heading:
[Edit a reservation] indicating his email and his PERSONAL BOOKING CODE.
The date of receipt of the request for modification or cancellation (via our Website, by mail, mail, telephone, fax) will be the date of the request.
The modification or cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from TRAJAN Hotel confirming this one.

Late arrivals or early departures can not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
Article 3 : Payment
The housing benefit is payable in Algerian dinar (DA) upon taking possession of the premises. For long term rentals, notes must be paid weekly.We accept credit cards,
bank checks (only for companies) and cash. The tourist tax, VAT and breakfast are included in the price of the reservation displayed in Algerian dianr (DA).
Article 4 : Rules of Procedure
Any guest must respect the TRAJAN Hotel's Rules of Procedure which is available in the section :
[Rules of Procedure] and posted at the reception of the Hotel.
